I DIDN'T include any important and recommended mods like:
  • Proper Fixes (modpack) — fixes a thousand bugs in the game, but it's intrusive and too big.
  • Open Limit Adjuster — because it causes incompatibilities if you are installing this pack, for example, in a total conversion that uses  fastman92 limit adjuster .
  • MixSets — because it's a very personal mod that I always recommend the person understand what is installing and configuring it before playing.
  • portablegta — because people don't read anything, so they would install this pack and no longer find the saved game file.
  • Improved Fastloader  — so the game opens faster.
