Option 1: Replace the File (For Unmodified Installations)

  2. Go to the GTA San Andreas/models folder.
  3. Replace the existing files with the one from the mod archive.
  4. The original file’s last modified date is 08.10.2004—use this to check if your file has been edited.

Option 2: Manually Update Textures (For Modified Installations)

  1. Open TXD Workshop and load particle.txd from the mod archive.
  2. Find the textures "waterwake" and "waterclear256" and export them.
  3. Open your existing particle.txd file from GTA San Andreas/models.
  4. Select "waterwake", click Import, and choose the exported file.
  5. Repeat the same process for "waterclear256".
  6. Click Save TXD to apply the changes.

Step 3: Choose the Right ENB for Your Graphics Card

  1. Open the file "Open Me" included in the mod archive.
  2. Follow the instructions to select the best ENB settings for your system.

Step 4: Launch the Game

✅ Make sure the particle.txd file is correctly placed.
✅ Run GTA San Andreas and check if the water effect is applied.
